1.Check-in and Check-out Time: Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am.
Exceptions may be made with prior arrangement.

2.Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A designated outdoor area is available in the backyard.

3.Pets: Pets are not allowed ( no exceptions ).

4.Room Capacity: Each private guest area is intended for two people. Additional occupancy is not permitted without prior approval.

5.Noise Policy: Please respect the comfort of all guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

6.Breakfast: Breakfast is NOT PROVIDED.

7.Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking.

8.Cancellation Policy: Full refund available if cancelled at least 7 days before arrival.

9.Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents. Charges may apply for repair or replacement of damaged items.

10.Liability: OkanaganBnB is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or theft occurring on the property. Guests are encouraged to have appropriate travel insurance.
